Job Location: Dallas, Texas, United States
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team. Between delgating the coordination to all activites between the CSR department, other company departments and customers, develop tools, programs and training for customers and employees and developing a plan to increase company revenues by obtaining maintenance contracts and service agreements, you will also work in close collaboration with the Marketing department, and the Director of Marketing to ensure successful implementation of plans and warranties.
